Qualifications
- 10-12+ years in experience design or related fields.
- Experience consulting in enterprise technology transformation programs.
- Strong proficiency with AI tools for design innovation.
- Expert visual design and prototyping capabilities; translate concepts into actionable designs.
- Strong research and synthesis skills to extract insights from data.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams and build client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead a variety of engagement projects within Experience Design to deliver outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure project work and client proposals.
- Lead customer discovery activities, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Mentor and guide other designers within the group and manage research initiatives.
