Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Enterprise Events Executive to own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across markets. You will deepen relationships, drive retention, and expand revenue, with a camera-first policy shaping client interactions.

Responsibilities include onboarding new accounts, delivering tailored event programs, and pursuing upsell opportunities while maintaining strong CRM discipline and executive presence.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts with retention and expansion.
• Relationship-first approach, ability to navigate large multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Strategic thinker who develops account plans and growth opportunities.
• Strong understanding of CRM tools and data-driven account health tracking.
• Able to drive retention, renewals, and revenue across a national portfolio.
• Experience onboarding new accounts and scaling relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of named corporate accounts and be the primary contact.
• Proactively engage clients to understand goals and align offerings.
• Spend 50%+ time in the field with clients, venues, and territory.
• Deliver tailored event programming recommendations and best practices.
• Develop and execute account success plans aligned with objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within portfolio.
• Manage renewals, pipeline, and incremental growth across full book.
• Hit quarterly quota; operate with strong pipeline discipline.
