Job summary

Hexmodal seeks an Enterprise Events Associate to design and run a new owned events layer for healthcare facilities. You will craft VIP dinners, peer roundtables, and site visits, managing invitations, budgets, and follow-ups to drive qualified meetings.

You will collaborate with BD, Sales, and Marketing to build a year-long calendar, secure advocates, and deliver events that move opportunities along the pipeline.

Qualifications

• Two to five years in field marketing, event marketing, or customer marketing.
• Experience designing invitation-only events for senior leaders.
• Ability to partner with sales; influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Design and run small, high-trust event formats (VIP dinners, roundtables, site visits).
• Own event and travel logistics; manage attendee lists and confirmations.
• Develop a 12-month speaking/abstract calendar and secure host commitments.
• Build an advocate bench of customers who host, co-present or provide references.
