Job summary

Versant Media seeks a Vice President of Corporate Events to set strategy and lead execution for high-profile experiences. You will oversee the full lifecycle from intake to post-event measurement, spanning executive meetings, client hospitality, industry conferences, and brand activations across Versant’s properties.

This hybrid role requires collaboration with Marketing, Communications, Legal, and business leaders, with travel and occasional after-hours work as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate events/experiential marketing with senior leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in strategy, live production, guest experience, and financial management.
• Proven ability to lead teams, agencies, and external partners.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise events strategy and lead multi-year planning aligned to business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of major corporate events, executive meetings, and brand activations.
• Build and develop an events team; manage agencies, venues, and vendors.
• Own budgets, forecasting, contracts, risk management, and post-event measurement.
