Bland AI is seeking an Events Marketing lead to craft unforgettable experiences for enterprise technology leaders across major conferences, intimate dinners, and original activations. You will own event strategy, from concept to execution, traveling nationwide to represent Bland at premier gatherings.

The role demands high ownership, exceptional taste, and the ability to build relationships with CIOs/CTOs while collaborating with Sales to convert events into meaningful pipeline.

Qualifications

• Must-have creative mindset for event concepts and experiences.
• Strong ability to connect with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Owns initiatives from idea to execution without prompts.
• Excellent taste in design, branding, and hospitality.
• Strong project and vendor management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel across the U.S. for events.
• Experience engaging with large multinationals is valued.

Responsibilities

• Create original concepts for events, dinners, activations for enterprise leaders.
• Own conference strategy: select events, design booth concepts, manage logistics and follow-up.
• Build and lead owned, high-quality events for CIOs/CTOs at enterprise firms.
• Represent Bland at conferences, private events, and customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Sales/ABM to target key accounts and generate pipeline.
• obsess over details: venue, food, guest list, entertainment, branding, invitations, gifts.
• Travel frequently across the U.S. to conferences and events.
