Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a remote specialist to lead enterprise deployments of the Idira EPM solution, configuring and managing rollout to meet security requirements. You will advise customers on how to align business needs with EPM policies and maintain strong relationships across teams.

The role requires 2+ years in endpoint deployment, consulting, and relevant security knowledge, with a focus on networking and multi-OS environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security or similar
• 2+ years deploying Endpoint enterprise software
• 2+ years in technology implementation or consulting
• Understanding of networking, systems administration, and information security
• Experience with Windows, UNIX/Linux and macOS
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of OIDC, SAML, HTTPS, and UAC concepts
• Creative problem solving in critical situations
• Experience with Palo Alto Networks’ solutions, cloud workloads and endpoint management preferred
• MS Active Directory (AAD) knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise deployments of the Idira EPM solution through deployment, configuration, and management
• Design and architect EPM rollout to meet customer security requirements
• Advise customers on how to satisfy business requirements with EPM policies
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of enterprise endpoint and privileged management
• Develop and maintain positive and productive customer relationships
• Broker communications between customer and Palo Alto Networks’s internal teams
• Resolve customer escalations while maintaining correct expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assist with initial drafts of design, architecture, and planning documentation
