Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an experienced professional to lead complex enterprise deployments of the Idira EPM solution, architect rollout plans, and advise on security requirements. This remote role supports customers across geographies, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementations.

You will bring a bachelor's degree in CS or InfoSec, 2+ years deploying endpoint software, and strong networking, information security, and scripting skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
  • 2+ years deploying Endpoint enterprise software.
  • 2+ years in technology implementation or consulting.
  • Knowledge of networking, systems administration, and information security.
  • Experience with Windows, UNIX/Linux, and macOS.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with OIDC, SAML, HTTPS, and UAC.
  • Creative problem solving in critical situations.
  • Ability to manage independent tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience with Palo Alto Networks solutions, cloud workloads, and endpoint management preferred.
  • MS AD knowledge required; AAD preferred.
  • REST API, JavaScript, and PowerShell scripting preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Job Summary



  • Lead complex enterprise deployments of the Idira EPM solution through deployment, configuration, and management

  • Design and architect EPM rollout to meet customer security requirements

  • Advise customers on how to satisfy business requirements with EPM polices

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of enterprise endpoint and privileged management

  • Develop and maintain positive and productive customer relationships

  • Broker communications between customer and Palo Alto Networks’s internal teams

  • Resolve customer escalations while maintaining correct expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Assist with initial drafts of design, architecture, and planning documentation


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a similar discipline

  • 2 or more years of experience in a technical role deploying Endpoint enterprise software

  • 2 or more years of experience in a technology implementation or consulting role

  • An understanding of networking, systems administration, and information security

  • Experience with Windows, *NIX and macOS operating systems

  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, schedule meetings, work independently, and have strong verbal and written skills.

  • Demonstrable knowledge of Information Security and Network Architecture concepts including OIDC, SAML, HTTPS, and UAC

  • Be a creative problem solver with out-of-the-box thinking in critical situations

  • Ability to keep track of independent tasks and ensure accurate completion

  • Previous experience with Palo Alto Networks’s solutions, cloud workloads and endpoint management are preferred

  • MS AD knowledge is required, and AAD experience is preferred

  • REST API, JavaScript and PowerShell scripting experience is preferred


Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
