Job summary

Prosperity Bank is seeking a FT Systems Administrator to manage the enterprise Windows Server and virtualization infrastructure across Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. You will monitor, patch, and optimize Active Directory, Exchange Online, and storage solutions while coordinating with IT teams.

The role requires 3+ years of Windows Server experience, PowerShell automation, and strong documentation skills. Banking industry familiarity is preferred, with on-call duties and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, cloud, or security certifications preferred.
• Banking/financial services experience is preferred.
• 3+ years of enterprise Windows Server and systems administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and file/print services.
• Monitor infrastructure health and respond to alerts per procedures.
• Perform routine admin tasks with change-management practices.
• Support Exchange Server and Microsoft 365 hybrid services; mailbox administration.
