Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership with global and manufacturing experience.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory standards and EHS systems; Lean/Six Sigma background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global EHS strategy and roadmap to position the company in the top quartile for EHS performance.
• Oversee global regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and proactive safety, health, and environmental practices.
