Job summary

State of Washington Health Care Authority is seeking an IT Vendor Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Olympia. The position will manage relationships with Epic and over 50 vendors for the Health Care Management & Coordination System (HCMACS) Enterprise EHR deployment across Washington.

Qualifications

Proven experience in successfully managing vendors/third parties, including policies, performance, vendor risk, relationships, contracts (including negotiations), and issue and dispute resolution.
Demonstrated experience and technical subject matter expertise in EHR, healthcare IT vendor contracting, and IT vendor management.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with key leadership and program management staff across multiple state agencies.
Manage and develop relationships with enterprise EHR vendors such as Epic and third-party vendors.
Oversee IT vendor contracts, SLAs, reporting, and warranties to ensure effective service delivery.
Provide senior management with leadership and expertise to ensure contracts are in place and managed for the enterprise EHR solution.
Build strong relationships with program vendors to support successful outcomes.
