Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans seeks a senior leader to drive enterprise integration initiatives across large-scale projects. You will design and implement complex solutions, mentor teams, and ensure adherence to architecture standards and security best practices.

You will guide testing, define interoperability strategies, and partner with business stakeholders to optimize operations and reduce risk. This role reports to IT leadership within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 7 years Direct applications build, implementation and support experience.
• 7 years Progressive experience in Information Services and/or healthcare IT.
• EPIC Application Certification plus one additional EPIC Certification.
• Large Project Management experience.
• Integrated Applications Planning, Development and Implementation.
• Technical collaboration across interfaces, hardware and reporting.
• Team leadership and mentoring experience.
• EPIC Certification - Epic Systems upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and implementation of complex integration components for large-scale projects.
• Perform workflow analysis and drive interoperability across applications and business units.
• Oversee integrated testing strategies, including test plans, automation and defect management.
• Develop and refine best practices for integration design and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Act as liaison between technical and business teams to influence tooling decisions.
