Job summary

BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to lead the deployment of the Electronic Case Management (ECM) system across DHS program offices in the Harrisburg, PA area. The role combines on-site and remote work, with focus on governance, vendor management, and cross‑agency coordination.

You will coordinate large technical teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and report progress to executive leadership while driving timely, secure, platform-based solutions that improve service

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience managing large IT initiatives with multiple teams and vendors.
• PMP certification is required or preferred.
• Experience with PEGA Electronic Case Management (ECM) is required.
• Strong budgeting, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven Project Manager with ability to deliver quick results.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of ECM across multiple DHS program offices.
• Participate in governance structures and communicate with executive leadership.
• Plan onboarding of program offices to ECM and decommission legacy systems.
• Coordinate large technical teams and vendor activities to deliver platform-based solutions.
• Ensure data security and regulatory compliance across projects.
