Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an ECM Software Engineer to design, configure, and support OnBase integrations and enterprise content management solutions across internal systems and partner interfaces.

This role emphasizes secure file transfers, document management, and business process automation with strong C#, .NET, SQL, SSIS, HTML and CSS skills. Remote/hybrid position with possible office days, US citizenship required for the DoD contract.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise content management and system integration.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, SQL, SSIS, HTML/CSS.
• Experience designing API integrations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication including technical documentation.
• Ability to obtain NBIS clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Willingness to travel for occasional meetings; remote-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support integrations between Hyland OnBase and web applications to enable file upload/download, document management, and process automation.
• Maintain Hyland OnBase administration, configuration, and integration.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and translate requirements into technical solutions across teams.
