Job summary

SR International Inc. seeks a Sr. IT Project Manager to lead a major EHR implementation for BCHS, BOI, and BCD, coordinating with multiple bureaus in Pennsylvania.

The role requires senior-level health IT experience, PMP certification, and the ability to work on-site in Harrisburg two days weekly; travel for off-site meetings is expected. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• EHR implementation experience transitioning from paper to electronic systems.
• PMI PMP certification with at least 5 years of experience.
• Residency in Pennsylvania (PA) required.
• On-site availability; able to work two days per week in Harrisburg office.
• 7–9 years of project management experience leading complex projects.
• Experience with EHR/EMR, health informatics, and health IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of the BCHS EHR implementation for multiple bureaus.
• Ensure the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and meets requirements.
• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan, Communication Plan, and Deliverables Matrix.
• Establish project scope, tasks, milestones, and priorities aligned with HHS DC IT PMO standards.
• Manage planning, design, testing, and deployment phases; monitor budget.
• Maintain RAID+ log, track risks/issues, and report status to leadership.
