Job summary

Truvio is seeking a Senior Account Executive in North America to own the end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycle for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O–adjacent eCommerce and PIM solutions. The role focuses on turning complex customer needs into clear business value, from lead to close, with direct sources and partners.

You will work with partners, sales engineers, and the global delivery team, shaping ICPs and targeted campaigns, and reporting to the SVP Commerce, North America.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in consultative B2B technology sales.
• Experience selling to enterprise customers within eCommerce or ERP ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and progress multiple qualified opportunities from direct sources and partners, planning and executing the activities needed to win deals.
• Lead discovery, value-mapping, stakeholder presentations and workshops to connect customer needs with the value of our solutions.
• Plan and manage prospect calls and activities, bringing in sales engineers, solution architects and our global delivery team at the right stages of the sales process.
• Collaborate with partners to develop opportunities and move complex sales processes forward.
• Work with Marketing and Sales on ideal customer profiles and highly targeted campaigns.
• Represent Truvio at trade shows, events, in-person prospect meetings and workshops.
