Job summary

Truvio invites an experienced Senior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for enterprise customers, primarily around eCommerce and ERP with Dynamics 365 F&O experience preferred. You will map customer value, collaborate with partners, and drive opportunities from lead to close.

You will report to the SVP Commerce, North America, and operate in a remote North America setting with travel for events and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Five years of consultative B2B technology sales experience.
• Experience selling to enterprise customers in eCommerce, ERP or the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ecosystem is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven ability to manage complex, long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot).

• Lead discovery, value-mapping, stakeholder presentations and workshops to connect needs with solution value.

About The Role

As a Senior Account Executive, you will own the complete sales process from lead to close, focusing on enterprise customers running Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). You will develop opportunities from both direct sources and partners, helping customers identify how our solutions can support their digital transformation. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on sales execution, working closely with partners, sales engineers, solution architects and our global delivery team. Together with Marketing and Sales, you will help define ideal customer profiles and build highly targeted campaigns. You will report to the SVP Commerce, North America.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Five years of experience in consultative B2B technology sales. Experience selling to enterprise customers within eCommerce, ERP or the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ecosystem is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• A bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience managing complex, long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and compelling presentations.
• A technical understanding of eCommerce and ERP solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude throughout the sales cycle, including account research, discovery preparation, proposal writing and follow‑ups.
• A proven track record of working successfully from home, with the ability to prioritize and manage your time independently in a complex, fast‑paced environment.

Other Information

• Location and work style: Home-based, working remotely as part of our North America team.
• Reports to: SVP Commerce, North America.
• Travel: Regular travel of up to 20% for trade shows, events, prospect meetings and workshops.
• Working hours: Evening, weekend and extended hours may be required to participate in trade shows and events.
• Compensation: On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000–$250,000 annually, including base salary and variable commission at 100% target achievement.
