Qualifications

• 3–5 years as Agile Product Owner or leading scrum teams.
• 3–5 years of digital Product Ownership experience.
• Strong digital product management skills for enterprise platforms.
• Experience delivering digital experiences and understanding current tech.
• Cross-functional collaboration with tech, service, marketing and product teams.
• Strong listening and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic vision and technical execution for platform and cross-enterprise digital experiences.
• Translate product vision into actionable deliverables and manage the backlog.
• Guide and empower agile scrum team toward objectives and measurable results.
• Champion design thinking, outcome-orientation, and data-driven decision making.
• Frame complex challenges as solvable problems through collaboration.
• Focus on business impact with data-informed recommendations.
• Build relationships and influence cross-enterprise teams to drive scale.
• Own discovery phase and develop comprehensive client experience requirements.
• Prioritize work through robust opportunity validation and stakeholder consensus.
• Collaborate with technical teams on implementation plans and feasibility.
• Generate innovative ideas using market analytics and stakeholder insights.
