Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, Finance Transformation, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA/MBA or Product Owner certifications advantageous.
• Agile/Scrum Product Owner certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of finance processes including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls.
• Experience with ERP and finance platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, Anaplan, or OneStream.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the roadmap for digital finance products and platforms.
• Translate finance requirements into product features and user stories.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Data, and Operations to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive enhancements across ERP, planning, reporting, analytics, and automation.
• Support Agile delivery including sprint planning, testing, and releases.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and stakeholder feedback for improvements.
• Ensure solutions meet governance, risk, compliance, and financial control requirements.
