• Work cross‑functionally with technical, design, business, and compliance counterparts to define product release requirements and investigate production issues.
• Develop a deep understanding of the backend architecture supporting your digital experiences.
• Lead data analysis efforts, utilizing advanced tools to extract insights and inform decisions.

What You’ll Bring (Required Qualifications)

• 3-5 years of proven experience as an Agile Product Owner or leading scrum teams, demonstrating a deep understanding of agile methodologies and outcome‑driven roadmaps.
• 3-5 years of digital Product Ownership experience.
• Strong digital product management skills, including experience with enterprise platforms and a demonstrated ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources.
• Strong knowledge base and experience developing or managing digital experiences, coupled with an understanding of underlying current and emerging technology.
• Skilled at working cross‑functionally with technology, service, marketing, and product teams to design, develop, and launch complex digital experiences.
• Expert listening skills with the demonstrated ability to understand and refine the business intent behind stated requirements.
• High emotional intelligence, embodying a ‘through the client’s eyes’ mindset and the ability to lead people through challenging projects and initiatives.
• Curiosity, a proactive “can‑do” attitude, and the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment.
• Self‑starter with outstanding organizational skills and the ability to track multiple parallel projects (3-4) with minimal direction.
• Experience working in a large organization with many stakeholders.
• Effective relationship builder – ability to partner cross‑functionally and work effectively with diverse personality types at all levels of the organization.
• Superior communication skills, capable of conveying complex messages, explaining trade‑offs, and telling a compelling story.
• Experience with responsive web and mobile app development.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence applications.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

What Will Set You Apart (Preferred Qualifications)

• Good understanding and/or experience with financial services regulations.
• Experience with digital analytics, with Adobe Analytics experience highly preferred.
