What You’ll Do
  • Lead the strategic vision and technical execution for our platform and cross-enterprise digital experiences.
  • Translate product vision into specific, actionable deliverables, meticulously managing the product backlog with rigor and attention to detail.
  • Guide and empower an agile development scrum team towards achieving key objectives and measurable results.
  • Pioneer the evolution of our work culture by championing design thinking, outcome-orientation, data-driven decision-making, and product experimentation.
  • Frame complex challenges as problems to be solved through critical thinking and collaborative efforts.
  • Focus intensely on business impact, delivering actionable recommendations informed by high-quality data analysis and metrics.
  • Cultivate essential relationships, effectively leading your development scrum team and influencing cross-enterprise teams to drive scale and achieve shared outcomes.
  • Take accountability for the discovery phase and the development of comprehensive client experience requirements.
  • Prioritize work effectively through robust opportunity validation and building consensus among stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop implementation plans, determining technical feasibility and sequencing dependencies.
  • Lead the generation of innovative ideas, leveraging market analytics and insights from stakeholders, clients, and prospects.
  • Champion Agile methodologies, actively participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, user story preparation, and demos.
  • Work cross-functionally with technical, design, business, and compliance counterparts to define product release requirements and investigate production issues.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the backend architecture supporting your digital experiences.
  • Lead data analysis efforts, utilizing advanced tools to extract insights and inform decisions.
What You’ll Bring (Required Qualifications)
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as an Agile Product Owner or leading scrum teams, demonstrating a deep understanding of agile methodologies and outcome-driven roadmaps.
  • 3-5 years of digital Product Ownership experience.
  • Strong digital product management skills, including experience with enterprise platforms and a demonstrated ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources.
  • Strong knowledge base and experience developing or managing digital experiences, coupled with an understanding of underlying current and emerging technology.
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with technology, service, marketing, and product teams to design, develop, and launch complex digital experiences.
  • Expert listening skills with the demonstrated ability to understand and refine the business intent behind stated requirements.
  • High emotional intelligence, embodying a ‘through the client’s eyes’ mindset and the ability to lead people through challenging projects and initiatives.
  • Curiosity, a proactive “can-do” attitude, and the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills and the ability to track multiple parallel projects (3-4) with minimal direction.
  • Experience working in a large organization with many stakeholders.
  • Effective relationship builder – ability to partner cross-functionally and work effectively with diverse personality types at all levels of the organization.
  • Superior communication skills, capable of conveying complex messages, explaining trade-offs, and telling a compelling story.
  • Experience with responsive web and mobile app development.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
What Will Set You Apart (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Good understanding and/or experience with financial services regulations.
  • Experience with digital analytics, with Adobe Analytics experience highly preferred.
