Job summary

Aquent Talent is seeking a visionary Product Manager to bridge strategy and technology, coordinating with product, IT, and business partners to drive impactful financial services solutions. You will shape roadmaps, manage readiness, and lead cross-domain initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will influence governance, prioritize work, and deliver initiatives that enhance client experiences while optimizing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience writing business requirements, user stories, and workflows.
• 5-10 years' experience managing requirements for multiple large, cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for product and IT partners to document resource demand and dependencies.
• Manage readiness backlog and align with workforce forecasting and planning.
• Coordinate internal release board and track outstanding product deliverables and communications.
• Manage intake backlog and assist in prioritization with Product and Tech leaders.
• Coordinate cross-team defects and warranty issues with focus on priorities and impact.
• Produce department-wide pipeline and priority metrics and reporting.
• Track production releases and maintenance of Product Catalog documentation.
• Assemble opportunities for tactical improvements and ideation.
• Provide thought-leadership on demand needs and process improvements.
• Facilitate issue resolution and retrospectives among stakeholders.
• Map business and technical dependencies across domains and platforms.
• Develop 'As Is' and 'To Be' knowledge of systems and flows.
• Assist in complex, high-profile multi-domain projects.
• Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
