Job summary

PPG is seeking a Digital Adoption and Workplace Experience Product Owner Lead to join our Digital team. You will own the enterprise adoption roadmap, lead Copilot implementations and training, and shape the Copilot Agents ecosystem across the enterprise.

You will partner with Microsoft and GWS, define the Copilot vision and operating model, and build the Digital Adoption Platform Center of Excellence while driving adoption and value across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years in IT, digital workplace, product ownership, or digital adoption roles.
• 4+ years of people management experience leading teams or functional groups.
• Certifications in Product Ownership or Change Management preferred.
• Technical understanding of Microsoft 365, Copilot, agents, and enterprise IT ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise productivity tooling portfolio, including M365 and related tools.
• Define enterprise productivity and M365 adoption roadmaps and enablement.
• Lead Copilot implementation strategy: pilots, rollouts, scaling.
• Partner with Microsoft and GWS for adoption programs and training.
• Govern Copilot Agents vision, governance, and operating model.
• Build and mature the Digital Adoption Platform Center of Excellence.
• Define governance standards for Copilot usage and agent lifecycle.
• Provide executive-ready reporting on adoption outcomes.
