Job summary

Eliassen Group in the United States is seeking a Desktop Support contractor to image equipment, install software, and prepare devices for new hires, transfers, and contractors onsite in Fairfield, OH. Responsibilities

• Image end-user devices and prepare hardware for deployment.
• Install and configure required software and applications.
• Set up devices for new hires, transfers, and contractors.
• Support Corporate Refresh activities, including device replacements and upgrades.
• Support Windows Autopilot via Intune and troubleshoot enrollment.
• Perform manual software installations as needed.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers and related peripherals.
• Document work performed and update asset records.
