McLaren Health Care in Michigan is seeking a Desktop Engineer II to design packaging, deploy OS images, and patch Windows and O365 across the organization. The role covers SCCM/MEMCM administration and scripting to automate changes.

You will contribute to security and policy design, support AD group policies, manage devices via InTune, and participate in on-call rotations to resolve critical incidents.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5 years designing, testing, integrating, upgrading and supporting Windows desktop apps.
• 3 years PowerShell scripting and AD support for workstations.
• Bachelor’s degree with related certifications (MCSE, MDT, MEMCM) and 2 years PS scripting experience.

Mansioni

• Design and manage security and configuration standards for mobile devices using Citrix Airwatch and MS InTune.
• Design and support Active Directory group policies.
• Provides advanced desktop technical support, engineering practices, recommendations, advice, and enhancements.
• Manages Microsoft SCCM/MEMCM environments at McLaren.
• Creates and modifies PowerShell scripts to automate changes in SCCM, O365, Windows.
• On-Call schedule participation for emergent issues.
• Perform application packaging and deployments via SCCM to endpoint devices.
• Assist with asset tracking and reporting of desktop hardware/software resources.
