Job summary

Reflex, based in San Francisco, is hiring a Deployment Strategist to lead customer deployments and translate operational problems into measurable business outcomes. You’ll own business outcomes and ongoing relationships with customer stakeholders from discovery through delivery and adoption.

You’ll interview executives, map workflows, and coordinate across Forward Deployed Engineers and Customer Success to ensure timely decisions and visible value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven deployment leadership experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering and customer success.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, integrations, and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Discover and prioritize valuable use cases; interview executives and map workflows.
• Own business-stakeholder relationships; run business reviews and coordinate sponsorships.
• Turn ambiguity into clear requirements; write workflow requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead deployment coordination; plan sessions, demos, and outcome reviews; track dependencies and risks.
• Measure adoption and ROI; compare outcomes to baseline and validate with customers.
• Own customer case studies; document problems, solutions, and ROI; support publication.
• Shape product improvements; present user friction and gaps to platform teams.
• Develop expansion opportunities; identify new workflows and value cases with engineers and account execs.
