Job summary

TRG seeks a Customer Program Manager to own the long-term relationship with enterprise customers and drive technology deployments, lifecycle management, and program delivery. You will coordinate across sales, operations, field services, logistics, procurement, and customer teams to deliver complex deployments from order receipt to final deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5–7+ years of project management experience in tech deployments or managed services.
• Experience managing large, multi-site deployment/rollout projects.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with executive relationships.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/service management platforms such as NetSuite, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Project skills.
• Commercial awareness of contracts, SLAs, renewals, and change management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationship for assigned accounts and be the internal advocate.
• Lead concurrent deployment projects across multiple locations.
• Serve as primary customer-facing project manager through lifecycle.
• Maintain cross-project continuity and governance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and comms.
• Lead kickoff, status reviews, QBRs, and governance meetings.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and issues.
