Job summary

Entendre is seeking a Member of Program Staff for Enterprise Deployments in New York. You will own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for large-scale enterprise clients, translating complex customer workflows into concrete technical execution and scalable onboarding processes to maximize customer success.

You will leverage AI tools to automate checklists, identify configuration gaps, and generate customer-specific documentation, while maintaining strong communication with enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience deploying enterprise software at scale to large clients.
• Ability to translate customer workflows into technical plans.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted deployment and automation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment lifecycle from scoping to go-live.
• Translate customer accounting workflows into actionable plans.
• Build and refine onboarding playbooks to shorten time-to-value.
• Use AI agents to automate checklists and document outcomes.
• Identify blockers early and keep delivery timelines honest.
• Serve as primary point of contact for enterprise stakeholders.
