Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Customer Program Manager to own long-term relationships with enterprise customers and coordinate deployments, lifecycle management, and program delivery across internal teams. The role drives projects from order receipt to final deployment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

The CPM collaborates with sales, operations, logistics, procurement, and field services to ensure successful delivery and continued account continuity across complex, multi-site deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer relationship for assigned accounts and act as the primary contact and internal advocate.
• Lead multiple concurrent deployment projects across locations.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing project manager throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain continuity across projects, releases, and vendors for consistent customer experience.
• Develop and maintain project plans, deployment schedules, milestones, and risk logs.
• Coordinate deployment schedules with internal teams, customers, and third-party providers.
