Job summary

TRG Solutions seeks a Customer Program Manager to own long-term relationships with enterprise customers, coordinating technology deployments, lifecycle management, and ongoing program delivery. You will serve as the primary trusted advisor and escalation point across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, PM or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in technology deployments, managed services, logistics, or IT lifecycle management.
• Experience managing large multi-site deployment/rollout projects.
• Experience in customer- or account-facing roles with executive relationships and escalations.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms such as NetSuite, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and MS Project skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Commercial awareness of contracts, SLAs, renewals, and change management.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer relationship for assigned accounts; act as primary contact and internal advocate.
• Lead multiple concurrent deployment projects across locations; manage timelines and delivery.
• Serve as primary customer-facing project manager through lifecycle.
• Maintain continuity across projects, releases, and vendors for consistent delivery.
• Develop project plans, deployment schedules, milestones, risk logs, and communication plans.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, status reviews, QBRs, and governance.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on roadmap, demand, and capacity.
• Provide regular status reporting, synthesize to program-level updates.
• Capture lessons learned and drive process improvements.
