Job summary

Loop is seeking a Delivery Strategist within Loop’s Strategy & Operations team to drive value delivered to customers through our Balance finance product. You will own the value delivered to Loop’s enterprise customers, with a strong focus on time to value, engagement, and outcomes for the product.

You will shape customer strategy cross-functionally, partnering closely with Sales/GTM, Product Operations, Product, and Customer Success, while owning key customer value metrics.

Qualifications

• Have 5–8 years of experience in finance, FP&A or accounting in a direct to consumer brand or in the E-commerce, CPG, hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Have been a Senior financial controller, manager or senior manager of finance, managing the lifecycle across accounting, FP&A & treasury.
• Are inherently a great sales person and can sell ideas, products or projects.
• Able to break complex problems into smaller parts and build processes and systems.
• Think in terms of metrics, funnels and dashboards.
• Demonstrate leadership while also having worked in IC roles.
• Understand complex customer/business problem statements and tradeoffs for outcomes.
• Show Loop’s values of radical ownership and customer obsession; move fast.
• Hold a CFA or CPA charter.
• Have a strong hunger for growth and building scale-ready products.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of key customer value metrics.
• Building playbooks for the sales and customer support functions.
• Ownership of internal processes across analytics, product surfaces, content and communications to ensure 10-star value delivery to customers.
• Ownership of internal processes needed to monitor and improve agentic workflows, including evals, system prompts and templates.
• Collaborating with GTM/Customer Success to own the implementation and business roadmap.
