Job summary

Loop, a restaurant intelligence software company, is seeking a Delivery strategist within Strategy & Operations to safeguard value delivered to Loop’s enterprise customers. You will obsess over customer outcomes and optimize metrics such as time to value, engagement, and outcomes for the operations product Protect.

You will collaborate across Sales, Product Operations, Product, and Customer Success, owning key customer value metrics and driving the implementation roadmap while ensuring scalable

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in an operations role in the restaurant industry, a direct to consumer brand, E-commerce, CP or hospitality sectors.
• Senior Manager or equivalent leadership experience overseeing broad operations.
• Strong sales aptitude; able to sell ideas, projects or visions.
• Experience working in-store in a restaurant for 3+ months.
• Ability to break complex problems into actionable processes and systems.
• Ability to think in metrics, funnels and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own key customer value metrics and outcomes.
• Build playbooks for sales and customer support functions.
• Own internal processes across analytics, product surfaces and communications to ensure value delivery.
• Monitor and improve agentic workflows, prompts and templates for customers.
• Collaborate with GTM and Customer Success to align implementation and business roadmap.
