Job summary

Loop is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Consultant to collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Implementation, delivering a seamless technical close and replatforming experience. This IC role handles complex technical problem solving, acts as a key client contact, and translates processes between client systems and Loop’s platform.

This in-person role is based in Chicago, San Francisco, or New York City with 4+ days in the office and travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS or technology.
• 5+ years of technical experience.
• Interest in applying technical solutions within enterprise supply chain.
• Ability to lead cross-functional groups to meet goals.
• Proactive in identifying risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project scoping and implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Lead kickoff calls and remote/on-site sessions for Loop solutions.
• Develop integration mappings and SOWs with internal teams.
• Lead product demos and tailor use cases to client needs.
• Coordinate with Sales, CS, and Implementations to inform cost structures.
• Run weekly status meetings and manage go-live and handoffs.
