Job summary
CEI is seeking a Client Delivery Partner for Disney in Orlando, leading strategic delivery operations and executive engagement across multiple enterprise initiatives. Qualifications
- 12+ years in IT services environments.
- Minimum 5 years in a client-facing delivery leadership role.
- Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts (> $10M).
- Strong background in digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading cloud-related delivery programs and enterprise app services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary executive point of contact for Disney stakeholders.
- Lead governance activities including steering committee meetings and reviews.
- Own end-to-end delivery oversight across multiple IT programs.
- Coordinate delivery across concurrent workstreams to align with timelines and budget.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and service offerings.
