This senior role oversees end-to-end delivery, program finances, and client relationships, guiding globally distributed teams from Columbus to offshore locations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology delivery and program management experience.
• Experience leading a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong cloud and infrastructure transformation expertise.
• Proven ability to manage server migrations and modernization programs.
• Solid DevOps, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code knowledge.
• Experience with AI/GenAI-enabled modernization is highly desirable.
• Ownership of program financials, budgets, forecasting and margins.
• Executive stakeholder management across large enterprises.
• Experience leading globally distributed delivery teams.
• Background in technology consulting or systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent programs and workstreams.
• Manage client engagement as a portfolio with governance and executive reporting.
• Lead cloud transformation, infrastructure migration and modernization initiatives.
• Partner with architects to validate approaches and delivery risks.
• Drive Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Oversee program financials including budgeting and profitability.
• Lead and develop globally distributed delivery teams.
• Coordinate with Sales and Presales on proposals and account growth.
• Support hiring, vendor management, and staffing for projects.
