Job summary

Aurorium is seeking an Enterprise Data Manager to lead governance, quality, and enablement for enterprise data at Indianapolis HQ. The role defines ownership, improves data reliability, and prioritizes data and analytics demand while expanding trusted reporting and self-service analytics.

You will drive data definitions, standards, and certification of trusted data products, coordinating with IT and business teams across time zones to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of professional IT ops experience overseeing IT projects.
• Ability to coordinate globally across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature the enterprise data governance framework.
• Establish and support the Functional Data Expert network.
• Provide project management leadership for the FDE team.
• Define data elements, definitions, and quality rules.
• Prioritize analytics requests based on value and feasibility.
• Drive adoption of trusted, governed data and self-service reporting.
• Translate business needs into outcomes and acceptance criteria.
• Measure data quality, adoption, and business value.
