Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking an Enterprise Data Management Lead to drive governance strategy, policies, and lifecycle practices across the organization. You will partner with Data Owners, Data Stewards, and technology teams to create trusted, high-quality data while embedding governance into enterprise solutions.

This senior role requires 15+ years in data management within regulated environments, experience chairing governance committees, and strong SQL, metadata, and data quality skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related analytical discipline; Master’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise data management, governance, or related domains in a regulated industry.
• Minimum of 10 years working across requirements, design, and governance enablement for data warehouse or cloud data platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the strategy, implementation, and maturation of Enterprise Data Management and Governance capabilities.
• Maintain and evolve the data governance framework, including policies, standards, and operating procedures.
• Partner with business lines to understand processes, data flows, and Critical Data Elements to align with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with Data Owners and Data Stewards to promote data quality and lifecycle practices across the enterprise.
• Promote adoption of data governance processes across the Bank through training and engagement.
