Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related field required.
• Seven (7) years of management experience in data or analytics leadership roles, with at least three (3) years focused on data governance or data quality management.
• Demonstrated expertise using data governance tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance strategy aligned with goals and regulatory requirements.
• Manage data governance policies, standards, and procedures across units.
• Establish and lead a data stewardship program with data owners and stewards.
• Lead metadata management and data catalog initiatives across the enterprise.
• Facilitate governance Councils and training programs to educate staff.
