Job summary

JPMorgan Chase invites a Lead Solutions Analyst to advance the firm’s data strategy, governance, and enterprise technology delivery. You will design and deliver enterprise-scale data solutions, align with data mesh principles, and ensure high-quality, accessible assets across the corporate tech landscape.

You will partner with Chief Data Officers and senior stakeholders to road-map, secure resources, and drive audit-ready controls.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on solutions analysis concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Experience delivering technology programs with regulatory reporting obligations, embedding audit-ready controls and evidence requirements into delivery frameworks.
• Structured demand intake and prioritization model across multiple senior stakeholder organizations for end-to-end agile delivery.
• Ability to influence at the Managing Director level, securing resources and negotiating scope with senior data leadership.
• Deep knowledge of metadata management, data governance lifecycle, data contracts, and catalog standards such as DCAT/DPROD.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory technology programs with regulator-reportable commitments.
• Own and operate a single intake and prioritization model across multiple senior stakeholder organizations.
• Drive on-time milestone delivery by managing agile delivery rhythms and dependencies.
• Influence engineering capacity and negotiate scope with senior leadership.
• Apply expertise in metadata management, data lineage, data governance lifecycle, and data contracts for platform direction.
• Analyze platform usage signals to diagnose adoption blockers and drive enterprise-scale adoption.
• Lead executive governance forums and report milestone and risk status to leadership and regulators.
• Collaborate with engineering on sprint planning to ensure roadmap commitments are reflected in delivery scopes.
