Job summary

The City of Raleigh is seeking an Enterprise Data Manager to guide governance, management, and use of city data across departments. You will lead the Data Analyst team, drive the enterprise data roadmap on Snowflake, and grow analytics capabilities with a focus on trustworthy and secure solutions.

You will engage with vendors and staff to deliver AI-ready data programs, build a data-driven culture, and ensure data privacy and security standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, Business Admin or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, data analysis, or related field.
• Preferred: Power BI or data platform certification and ITIL certification.

• Lead the Data Team and execute the enterprise data roadmap.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies and data quality standards.
