Job summary

RSI is seeking an Enterprise Data Analyst to build and maintain the DOE LM's enterprise data architecture. You will ensure data is organized, governed, secure, and accessible to support operations and strategic decisions.

You will collaborate across governance, IT, and business teams to improve data quality and establish standards. This role requires travel less than 10% and is based in Grand Junction, CO, with a salary range of $100,000–$115,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in data architecture/management.
• Experience with BI, analytics, governance, and data standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise data architecture including conceptual, logical, and physical data models, metadata, business glossaries, taxonomies, and data standards.
• Partner with business units to understand processes, identify data requirements, and improve data quality and accessibility.
• Support governance councils by developing master data sets, standards, metadata, and governance practices.
• Analyze data sources to identify relationships, redundancies, and opportunities for standardization.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with data architecture standards.
