RSI is seeking an Enterprise Data Analyst in Morgantown, WV to develop and maintain DOE LM's enterprise data architecture and data governance practices. You will collaborate with governance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data is organized, secure, and accessible to support operations and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include data modeling, standards development, metadata management, and driving data quality initiatives while complying with DOE policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in data architecture, data management, information architecture, BI, analytics, or information governance.
• Experience working with enterprise data, relational databases, metadata management, or BI tools preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain enterprise data architecture including conceptual, logical, and physical data models, metadata, glossaries, taxonomies, and data standards.
• Collaborate with business units to understand processes, identify data requirements, and recommend improvements.
• Support governance councils by developing master data sets, data standards, definitions, metadata, and governance practices.
• Analyze enterprise data sources to identify relationships, redundancies, quality issues, and standardization opportunities.
• Work with application owners, DBAs, business analysts, and developers to align solutions with data standards.
• Research emerging technologies and best practices in data architecture, metadata management, analytics, and information governance.
• Ensure data are managed according to DOE security, privacy, records management, and governance standards.
• Assist with developing the organization's data maturity roadmap and support implementation of data maturity initiatives.
• Support reporting and analytics initiatives by improving data availability and quality.
• Document data flows, system integrations, data lineage, and metadata to improve understanding and reuse of enterprise information assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
