Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Data Analyst to develop and maintain the DoE LM's enterprise data architecture, ensuring data is organized, governed, secure, and accessible to support operations and strategic decisions.

The role partners with governance teams, IT, and business stakeholders to improve data quality, establish standards, and advance the data maturity roadmap, with travel under 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in data architecture, data management, information architecture, BI, analytics, or information governance.
• Experience with enterprise data, relational databases, metadata management, or BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise data architecture, data models, metadata, and data standards.
• Collaborate with business units to understand processes and data requirements.
• Support governance councils with master data sets, standards, and metadata.
• Analyze data sources to identify relations, redundancies, and quality issues.
• Partner with IT, analysts, and developers to ensure alignment with standards.
• Research and apply industry standards for data architecture and governance.
• Ensure data management complies with DOE security and privacy policies.
• Contribute to the enterprise data roadmap and maturity initiatives.
• Support BI and analytics initiatives by improving data availability and quality.
• Document data flows, system integrations, and data lineage.
