Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Data Analyst in Grand Junction, CO to develop and maintain the DOE LM enterprise data architecture. You will ensure data is organized, governed, secure, and accessible to support operations and strategic decisions.

This role collaborates with Information Governance, IT, and business units to improve data quality and establish standards, while aligning with the organization's data maturity roadmap. Travel is expected to be under 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Data Science or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in data architecture or governance.
• Experience with enterprise data, relational databases, metadata management, or BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise data architecture, models, metadata, and data standards.
• Collaborate with units to understand processes and improve data quality and accessibility.
• Support governance councils by creating master data sets, standards, and metadata.
• Analyze data sources to identify relationships, redundancies, and quality issues.
• Work with admins, analysts, and developers to align with data standards.
• Document data flows, integrations, lineage, and metadata to aid reuse.
• Assist with data roadmap and maturity initiatives.
