Job summary

RSI is seeking an Enterprise Data Analyst to design and maintain the DOE LM's enterprise data architecture from its Westminster, CO site. The role partners with governance, IT and business teams to ensure data is structured, governed, secure, and accessible for operations and strategic decisions.

You will develop data models, standards, and metadata while advancing data maturity across the organization and ensuring DOE policy compliance. Requires strong BI and data management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Information Management, Business Analytics, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in data architecture, data management, information architecture, business intelligence, analytics, or information governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise data architecture including conceptual, logical, and physical data models, metadata, business glossaries, taxonomies, and data standards.
• Partner with business units to understand business processes, identify data requirements, and recommend improvements that increase data quality, accessibility, integration, and lifecycle management.
• Support the Unified Governance Council and associated working groups by developing master data sets, data standards, business definitions, metadata, and governance practices.
• Analyze enterprise data sources to identify relationships, redundancies, quality issues, and opportunities for standardization.
• Collaborate with application owners, database administrators, business analysts, and developers to ensure enterprise solutions align with approved data architecture standards.
