Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Enterprise Information Architect & BIDW Leader to establish and deliver the enterprise information architecture vision for firm-wide BI data warehouse solutions. You will guide the BIDW function and team, driving data strategy, governance, and value realization for Crowe's analytics initiatives.

The role emphasizes leadership across Data Transformation, collaboration with business leaders, and delivery of high-impact BI programs using advanced data architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data/Information Science, Information Systems, Mathematics (or other related fields).
• 6+ years of experience with SQL.
• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, and reporting.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and M language.
• 2+ years of experience with Python (or other programming languages).
• 4+ years of experience managing projects from inception to execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver on the Data Warehouse and BI initiatives within Data Transformation.
• Provide leadership for the BIDW team and ensure timely delivery of BI solutions.
• Develop roadmaps and socialized plans; align with Crowe's strategic BI goals.
• Mentor data engineers and developers to grow the BIDW capability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to maximize value from BI investments.
• Establish governance, data quality, and security practices for the BIDW environment.
