Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Enterprise Information Architect & BIDW Leader to establish the enterprise information architecture vision and deliver BI data warehouse solutions across the firm.

You will lead the BIDW team, drive governance, and partner with leadership to align data initiatives with strategic business goals. Strong experience in SQL, BI, Python, and project management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience with SQL.
• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, and reporting.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and M language.
• 2+ years of experience with Python (or other programming languages).
• 4+ years of experience managing projects from inception to execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver enterprise information architecture vision for enterprise-level solutions.
• Lead BIDW team, ensuring delivery quality and on-time results.
• Collaborate with leadership to align data strategy with business goals.
• Define and socialise roadmaps, manage resources, and mentor team members.
• Oversee BI Data Warehouse governance, datamarts design, and ETL processes.
• Drive adoption and value realization through KPI tracking and continuous improvement.
