Job summary

Crowe seeks an Enterprise Information Architect & BIDW Leader to define the enterprise information architecture vision and lead BI/data warehouse delivery across the firm. You will own BI strategy, ensure data quality, and mentor a high-caliber team within Data Transformation.

You will partner with Head of Data and stakeholders to design scalable data models, governance, and analytics enablement, driving value from BI investments across Crowe's enterprise landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data/Information Science, Information Systems, Mathematics (or other related fields)
• 6+ years of experience with SQL
• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, and reporting
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and M language
• 2+ years of experience with Python (or other programming languages)
• 4+ years of experience managing projects from inception to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver enterprise BI and BIDW initiatives with accountability for quality and schedule.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate business needs into architecture and data solutions.
• Mentor BI team members and ensure governance, standards, and best practices across the data warehouse.
