Zusammenfassung

Crowe is seeking an Enterprise Information Architect & BIDW Leader to define and deliver the firm’s enterprise information architecture vision and BI data warehouse strategy. You will lead the BIDW team, drive governance, and partner with Data Transformation to align BI initiatives with strategic goals.

You will guide delivery quality, mentor engineers, and ensure adoption of data-driven solutions across Crowe’s advisory, tax, and consulting services.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience with SQL.
• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and data analysis.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, M language).
• 2+ years of experience with Python or similar.
• 4+ years of experience managing projects from inception to execution.

Aufgaben

• Own and deliver BIDW team results, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to BI team members and drive governance for BI/data warehouse programs.
• Collaborate with Head of Data and firm leaders to understand strategic needs and plan capacity.
• Deliver enterprise information architecture vision and BI data warehouse strategy across the firm.
• Establish KPIs and value realization metrics for adoption and impact of BI solutions.
