Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Enterprise Information Architect & BIDW Leader to define the enterprise information architecture vision and deliver enterprise BI solutions. You will steer the BIDW team, establish roadmaps, and ensure value realization for Crowe's data assets and BI initiatives.

You will mentor a diverse team, drive governance and quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to align BI with strategic goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
6+ years of experience with SQL.
4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, and reporting.
4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and M language.
2+ years of experience with Python (or other programming languages).
4+ years of experience managing projects from inception to execution.
Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise information architecture and BIDW teams with accountability for results.
Develop team strategy, roadmaps, and adherence to timelines.
Collaborate with leadership to deliver BI and data warehouse initiatives.
Mentor data engineers, developers, and project managers for career growth.
Oversee BI Data Warehouse design, governance, and performance improvements.
Ensure adoption, value realization, and KPI tracking across BI initiatives.
