Job summary

Pennant is seeking a Data Products & Analytics Manager to lead enterprise data analytics, BI, reporting, and data product strategy. You will oversee dashboards, self-service analytics, and AI-powered reporting across Tableau, Sigma, and Power BI.

Ideal candidates have experience leading analytics teams, building data strategies, and translating healthcare data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or data strategy.
• 3+ years leading analytics or BI teams.
• Experience with BI tools and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data analytics and BI strategy.
• Manage analytics products, dashboards, and AI-powered reporting.
• Own BI platforms including Tableau, Sigma, and Power BI.
• Establish analytics governance, KPI standards, and visualization best practices.
• Partner with business and tech teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Oversee a team of BI and Data Analysts.
• Drive adoption of self-service analytics and data-driven decisions.
